Intake and subsequent therapy sessions are charged at $180 per hour.

I recommend contacting your insurance company before your first session to confirm your benefits as well as any copays, coinsurance, and deductible responsibilities you may have. The easiest way to obtain this information is to call member services, which is typically located on the back of your insurance card. 

 

I am in-network with a number of insurance companies which are listed below. I submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. If I am out-of-network with your insurance provider please contact your insurance company to see if your plan has out-of-network benefits as your insurance may cover partial payment of your treatment.

Reduced fees are available based on income and are determined by mutual agreement.

I understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment. In such situations, 24 hours’ notice is required so that your appointment time can be offered to another person. Except in the case of emergency, cancellations without 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee (not your copay/coinsurance).
